From Digital Transformation to Trusted Ecosystems.
Course Description
From Digital Transformation to Trusted Ecosystems is a 60-minute webinar for Singapore business and technology leaders on how AI, IoT and blockchain work together to strengthen compliance, sustainability reporting and cross-organizational trust.
Many organizations have invested in cloud, analytics, ERP and automation, yet still struggle with fragmented data, manual verification and growing reporting demands. This webinar explores the next phase of digital transformation: building trusted digital ecosystems that improve collaboration across operations, partners and stakeholders.
Designed for business and technology leaders in Singapore, the session examines how IoT captures operational data, AI generates insights and blockchain supports trusted records where traceability and shared confidence matter. Through practical use cases in ESG reporting, smart buildings, asset lifecycle management and supply chain transparency, participants will gain a realistic framework for identifying opportunities and taking focused first steps.
What You’ll Learn
- Understand the shift from isolated digitalization to ecosystem collaboration Learn why organizations increasingly need trusted data across partners, not just internal systems, and why collaboration, traceability and auditability are becoming strategic priorities.
- Recognize the business value of trusted and decentralized coordination Understand decentralization as a business model for multi-party trust, resilience and shared accountability, and where shared governance can reduce friction and risk.
- Explain the complementary roles of AI, IoT and blockchain Understand how IoT captures real-world data, AI turns data into insights and predictions, and blockchain supports traceability, shared trust and auditable records.
- Assess how compliance can become more efficient and more strategic See how trusted operational records support stronger reporting, reduce manual verification, and enable more continuous, evidence-based compliance.
- Understand ESG data as an operational and strategic asset Explore how sustainability data can become more verifiable and timely, and how better ESG evidence improves stakeholder confidence.
